PERSONAL TRAINING
Beginner or high level athlete, the coach will adapt his lessons according to your physical capacity and your sporting discipline. He will introduce you to a variety of exercises that will help you progress step by step.



CROSS TRAINING SYSTEM
The CTS allows you to regain an athletic body without hurting yourself. You are only working with the weight of the body.
- Instability : work in suspension and mobility in 3 dimensions causes significant sheathing and contraction of the body during exercise. (TRX SYSTEM)
- The elastic : it brings a certain resistance during the effort allowing a work in strength resistance and power.



AQUATIC ACTIVITY
Aquadynamic: is a fun aquagym class that allows the whole body to work dynamically and without injuries
Swimming: learning movements for movement and stability in aquatic environments
The Aquapower: is a fusion between aquagym and BodyPump. The specificity of the Aquapower lies in the equipment: this sport is practiced with dumbbells
Aquabiking: is an activity that consists of pedaling in the water to music, on a bicycle submerged in a swimming pool ensuring the benefits of cycling and those of a hydro-massage.
